About our Refund and Return Policy
This is the Refund and Return Policy of Create PT Wealth, and applies where you make a purchase online from Create PT Wealth or at a live Create PT Wealth event.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the product cheaper elsewhere. Create PT Wealth reserves the right to run special offers, discounts, promotions and incentives. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
Goods Damaged in Transit.
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact the Create PT Wealth head office info@createptwealth.com.au or 1300 755 540 as soon as possible. Create PT Wealth will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to the Create PT Wealth headquarters and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.
Refunds
Refunds will be made by Create PT Wealth via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days.
Delivery Charges
Where Create PT Wealth considers the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee, any shipping costs to return the goods to Create PT Wealth will be at Create PT Wealth’s cost.
