Since joining the CPTW Group Coaching Program in febuary last year my business has evolved and changed and I have broaden my horizons as to the possibility's that are out there for the small business owner and Personal Trainers. Like most PTs I did my PT course, but unlike most PT's I noticed almost straight away there was a big gap where running the business was concerned. Sales and marketing where almost non existent. Diving head first into a sub contract PT role it became very clear that I had a lot to learn and had to learn it very quickly. Its was defiantly a sink or swim situation. After about 12 months of Working I was in a pretty comfortable position and was doing ok, but was slowly beginning to realise that I didn't own a business I owned a job and was stuck in a position where didn't really know what to do next. It was about that time I heard of the CPTW program and attended the 2 day work shop. Even in 2 days alot of the challenges and frustrations of trying to run a PT business that I was experiencing were all covered and I walked out of the workshop with some strategy's that got me instant results. I've been on the group coaching program for about 9 months now and I have cut my pt hours to around 14 hours per week, increased my charge out rate by 33%, Added a Boot camp Program, have far better systems for sales, marketing and strategies for growing my job so one day I can call it a business.Chris Bridger
